Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, stocking, order pulling, and inventory rotation to ensure products are handled safely and efficiently. Lead and develop team members by interviewing applicants, training staff on material handling equipment, monitoring performance, and enforcing safety protocols. Manage equipment and racking structures, resolve invoice discrepancies, and maintain accurate data flow from receiving to inventory control. Conduct regular safety inspections, analyze KPIs, and implement security programs while collaborating with management to meet service level expectations. Travel with 72-hour notice and work weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must have valid drivers' license in state of residence
- Must obtain an OSHA 10
- Must be certified by the company to operate all MHE
- Able to travel with 72-hours' notice
- Able to work before and after regular business hours and weekends, as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience using NetSuite preferred
