Job Summary
Lead warehouse team at Caribou Coffee Support Center; oversee daily order filling, shipping, and receiving; provide training and direction for warehouse team members; coach and counsel TMs, ensure adherence to policies, and monitor performance. Key duties include organizing supply orders, scheduling workflows with the Shift Supervisor, auditing picking accuracy, managing inventory transfers, generating shipping manifests and documents, and ensuring compliance with Food Safety programs. Requires 2-year associate degree or 3-5 years related warehouse experience; ability to lift up to 55–80 pounds; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; equal opportunity employer. Location visibility: Maple Grove, MN.
Required Qualifications
- 2 year associate/technical degree in business management or 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a warehouse environment.
