Job Summary
Lead the Customer Shipping department in a fast-paced warehouse to ensure accurate and on-time order fulfillment. Oversee day-to-day shipping functions, assign tasks, review documentation, coach and train team members, and serve as the primary contact with internal departments and external partners for shipment status and timelines. Requires shipping or warehouse experience, leadership responsibilities, and strong PC and WMS skills; schedule is Monday–Friday, 3pm–11pm with possible overtime; safety-focused with hands-on, data-driven improvement mindset.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in shipping, warehouse operations, or logistics
- Experience in a lead role or taking on leadership responsibilities
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and shipping platforms
- Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
