Job Summary
Warehouse Team Lead responsible for ensuring shipment procedures are followed, training forklift operators, coordinating tasks, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Leads and communicates with other warehouse team leads to drive efficiency, ensures Bills of Lading are printed, enforces 5S and safety standards, oversees dock and forklift/clamp truck operations, and supports staffing coverage. Focus on adherence to quality and quantity standards, proper handoffs and training of new hires, and maintaining safe, organized warehouse environments while preparing finished products for shipment and achieving on-time, in-full performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certified Fork Lift Operator
- Experience in general warehousing, manufacturing or distribution
- Computer skills
- Lead skills
- Safety awareness and quality consciousness
