Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse associates and temporary staff to achieve productivity, safety, and quality objectives. Responsibilities include reviewing and distributing daily work, coordinating receiving/shipping, ensuring documentation accuracy, securing outbound loads, monitoring compliance with safety and procedures, operating forklifts as needed, supporting onboarding and training, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Requires strong leadership, coordination of workflows, and effective communication to maintain efficient warehouse performance.
Required Qualifications
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
- Knowledge of warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Forklift experience and/or certification preferred
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and basic computer applications
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence
