Job Summary
Complete Electronic Layered Process Confirmation (eLPC) checks for assigned warehouse work while coaching hourly associates. Track process deviations and KPI results, updating Continuous Improvement Process boards daily, weekly, and monthly. Utilize KPI data and eLPC findings to resolve issues using Quality and Bosch Production System problem-solving tools. Audit 5S activities, monitor productivity and attendance, and lead daily operations as a Supervisor Proxy when absent. Provide front-line leadership, aligning team performance with Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost goals. This 2nd shift role requires a high school diploma and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and RF scanners.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to use computer terminals and RF scanners
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Proactivity with a focus on results (KPIs)
- Organized and able to adhere to 5S principles
- Basic math, reading, writing, and measuring equipment skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Copilot)
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions common to a warehouse setting (e.g., varying temperatures, noise levels)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Indefinite U.S. work authorization
