Job Summary
Complete Electronic Layered Process Confirmation (eLPC) checks for assigned work and coach hourly associates during the shift. Track process deviations and KPI results, updating Continuous Improvement Process boards daily, weekly, and monthly. Utilize KPI data and eLPC findings to resolve issues using Quality and Bosch Production System problem-solving tools. Audit 5S activities to ensure compliance and monitor productivity, quality, and attendance, escalating issues promptly. Lead daily operations as a Supervisor Proxy when the Supervisor is absent and attend next-tier meetings. Support the Q-Matrix by checking training records, making updates, and printing as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to use computer terminals and RF scanners
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Proactivity with a focus on results (KPIs)
- Organized and able to adhere to 5S principles
- Basic math, reading, writing, and measuring equipment skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Copilot)
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions common to a warehouse setting (e.g., varying temperatures, noise levels)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Indefinite U.S. work authorization
