Warehouse Team Coordinator - (1st shift)

Job Summary
Reduce production bottlenecks and address workflow issues to ensure continuous manufacturing flow. Fill in positions as needed across assigned departments, identify part and resource shortages, and provide solutions or notify supervisors for engineering and SFA assistance. Facilitate Lean Manufacturing processes and direct the flow of others while resolving conflicts. Work long hours in temperatures ranging from below 32 to above 100 degrees, lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted and utilizing various hand tools and forklifts. Requires 4+ years of experience and ability to learn all positions within the area.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED
- Minimal WorkKeys scores
- 4+ Years Experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Ability to lift between 50 and 100 pounds assisted
- Ability to learn to work with all hand tools required of all positions within the area, including general work tools, pneumatic and hydraulic tools, brazing and wiring tools and equipment, forklifts, etc.
- Ability to effectively direct the flow of others
- Ability to foster teamwork and resolve conflict
- Ability to work long hours and a variety of shifts as needed
- Ability to learn and utilize materials tracking system
- Ability to work in an environment with temperatures occasionally above 100 degrees or below 32 degrees
- 10% May need to travel when appropriate depending on product line needs
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
