Warehouse Systems & Inventory Controller

Job Summary
Role focuses on ensuring real-time, accurate inventory visibility across storage zones, managing warehouse systems (WMS, ERP, CRM), and driving cycle counts, reconciliations, and reporting to optimize warehouse performance. Responsibilities include maintaining FIFO and proper bin allocation, producing regular inventory and KPI reports, training staff on system usage, and leading process-improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams (warehouse operations, supply chain, finance, procurement, customer service, distribution). The candidate will oversee aged stock and obsolete items, coordinate inbound/outbound activities, and support compliance with internal controls. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in warehouse/inventory roles, strong ERP/WMS proficiency, English and Portuguese communication, Excel and reporting skills, and a detail-oriented, collaborative, and accountable approach.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or warehouse management systems within FMCG or manufacturing environments
- Strong working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems – system implementation or super-user level experience
- Proven record of reducing stock variances and improving warehouse data accuracy
- Excellent numerical reasoning, organizational, and reporting skills
- Knowledge of ISO and OSHA compliance standards is preferred
- Strong team coordination and relationship-building skills, with a hands-on approach and attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High levels of integrity and accountability
- Strong communication skills (English and Portuguese) and stakeholder engagement experience
