Job Summary
Load, pack, and deliver farm site supply orders using company vehicles, adhering strictly to biosecurity protocols that require off-site vehicle parking and showers between shifts. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to assemble customer orders, relocate inventory to holding areas, and assist the warehouse team with pulling unready items. Drive vans, large box trucks, and passenger vehicles to Iowa Select Farms locations, ensuring timely and economical deliveries while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor. Work full-time hours from 7 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday, with additional availability during staffing challenges.

- On-site position requiring all daily job duties to be performed in person at designated Iowa Select Farms locations
- Full-time position that will typically require at least 40 hours a week
- 7 am- 4pm Monday- Friday availability
- Additional availability during staffing challenges
- Regular travel to Iowa Select Farms facilities
- Utilization of a company vehicle
- Following all Biosecurity measures
- Adherence to Iowa Select Farms bio-security policy
- Reporting any biosecurity violations or concerns to management team
- Adherence to Iowa Select Farms animal wellbeing policy
- Partnering with the Health and Care team in a timely manner if an incident occurs
- Compliance with Iowa Select Farms safety policies and procedures
- Cooperation with the prohibition on cohabitating with employees from other production departments or support teams that access farms other than those assigned to their department
