Job Summary
Load, pack, and deliver farm site supply orders using a company vehicle, operating forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory. Read and assemble customer orders from stock, placing them on pallets or relocating them to a holding area. Assist the warehouse team with pulling orders not ready for delivery and support the supply chain team when your delivery schedule completes. Adhere strictly to biosecurity measures, including vehicle washes at off-site car washes and showering before returning to the warehouse. Drive vans, large box trucks, and passenger vehicles to Iowa Select Farms locations, maintaining a positive demeanor and professional communication. Full-time on-site role with typical hours from 7 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday.

- Ability to continuously repeat necessary movements such as lifting, staying on hard surfaces for long periods of time and different hand movements as needed to complete tasks
- Ability to frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 75 pounds

- Ability to climb in and out of livestock trailers or supply trucks that can be as short as 48 inches in height
- Ability to drive a vehicle for prolonged periods of time
- On-site position requiring all daily job duties to be performed in person at designated Iowa Select Farms locations
- Full-time position that will typically require at least 40 hours a week
- 7 am- 4pm Monday- Friday availability
- Additional availability during staffing challenges
- Regular travel to Iowa Select Farms facilities
- Utilization of a company vehicle
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
- CDL is NOT required
