Job Summary
Oversee warehouse receiving, processing, and distribution operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards. Lead and develop team members through training, coaching, and performance management to drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Manage warehouse equipment usage, maintain accurate operational records, and optimize space utilization and inventory accuracy to meet performance goals. Requires SAP/ERP experience, minimum two years in warehouse leadership, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Reports to the Branch Operations Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with SAP / ERP systems
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with math, computer use, and accurate typing
- Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and accurately reading and writing measurements, including fractions
