Warehouse Supervisor

Manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, warehousing, picking, and lineside health to ensure consistent achievement of throughput, service, and quality targets. Lead and develop hourly warehouse teams by hiring, training, mentoring staff, conducting performance evaluations, and managing labor hours. Proactively assess staffing, workflows, and performance gaps to improve outcomes while maintaining a strong, solutions-oriented presence on the floor. Ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and reconciliation of system variances. Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, maintain a clean facility, and identify bottlenecks to implement standard operating procedures. Coordinate with internal departments to streamline receipts and resolve receiving issues, while analyzing reports on productivity and key performance indicators for senior management.
