Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, and logistics to maximize efficiency. Supervise the warehouse team, manage order fulfillment from picking to dispatch, and coordinate with logistics partners for delivery. Inspect equipment, maintain safety standards, and conduct regular security and safety audits while ensuring compliance with SHE guidelines. Manage incident reporting, enforce PPE protocols, and collaborate with local emergency services. Meet with leads to analyze productivity and develop loss prevention plans. Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and optimize workflows using inventory management systems.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience
- Soft skills and excellent communication
- Knowledge of logistics and the warehousing industry
- MS Excel & MS Word and E Mail Communication Skills
- Excellent computer knowledge to effectively utilize inventory management systems, generate reports, and optimize warehouse operations using software and technology
- Language skills: Tamil, Hindi & English
