Job Summary
Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and material staging to support fabrication shop and field teams. Lead and train warehouse staff while maintaining accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and audits. Coordinate material deliveries and pickups, enforce safety policies, and operate forklifts to ensure efficient storage practices. Monitor inventory and coordinate purchasing requests to prevent shortages, maintaining records using inventory management systems. Work closely with project managers and purchasing to prioritize material needs in a fast-paced construction environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of warehouse supervision or warehouse management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
- Must submit to a drug test as a condition of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the construction, mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial industries
- Forklift certification
- Ability to obtain forklift certification
- Additional technical education
- Logistics experience
