Job Summary
Warehouse Supervisor responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, and shipping of products. Will supervise staff directly or through warehouse leads, use WMS and RF scanners for inventory tracking and order processing, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, manage inbound/outbound shipments, perform cycle counts, ensure OSHA safety compliance, and maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Must demonstrate leadership, reliability, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse supervisory experience preferred
- Forklift experience required
- Experience using WMS and RF scanners
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
