Job Summary
Lead daily warehouse operations through an 18-month rotational program, coaching teams across inbound, outbound, and operational support functions to drive accuracy, safety, and productivity. Manage over 10 people in a fast-paced environment while expanding leadership skills via hands-on operational experience and equipment certifications. Work day shifts Monday through Friday or overnight shifts Sunday through Thursday. Requires high school diploma with preferred bachelor's degree and proven leadership experience. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven leadership experience managing 10+ people in a fast-paced warehouse management environment

- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail
- Warehouse equipment certifications
