Job Summary
Warehouse Supervisor lead and manage warehouse operations for receiving, stocking, loading/unloading, and outbound freight; conduct interviews and training, enforce safety programs, and drive process improvements; ensure accurate product handling, paperwork, and vendor returns; operate power equipment including forklift; oversee daily activities to meet productivity standards and deliver strong customer service; coordinate with teams to ensure policy compliance and effective communication; may back up driving duties and support overtime or flexible scheduling; requires 3 years related experience and ability to supervise assistants, learn computer systems, and pass pre-employment drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of related experience
- Ability to supervise assistant receivers and helpers
- Knowledge of or ability to learn computer systems
- Willing to work overtime or flexible hours on short notice
- Good memory and scanning abilities
- Good communication and math skills
- Able to lift up to 65 lbs. with proper equipment and climb 20 feet regularly
- Valid driver’s license and conformance with company driver policy
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
