Job Summary
Supervise and lead warehouse associates to achieve operational efficiency and production goals. Responsible for employee training, performance evaluations, and overall production department performance. Ensure compliance with merchandise pricing policy, quality control, and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, and manage the security of high-ticket items. Requires strong leadership, communication skills, and ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Ability to lead, motivate and mentor teams of warehouse associates and beneficiaries.
- Strong communication, leadership, accountability, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to differentiate quality of donated items.
- Proven track record hitting production goals.
- Previous experience working with diverse and vulnerable populations.
