Job Summary
Warehouse Supervisor role in Taylor, MI overseeing daily Warehouse, Shipping & Receiving activities. Responsible for achieving production standards, inventory accuracy, and improving warehouse efficiency. Key duties include receiving, dispatching, identifying and safeguarding quality of goods; measuring and reporting on warehousing performance; maintaining inventory records; coordinating with drivers and other departments; ensuring OSHA safety compliance; breaking down and building orders; forklift operation; scanner usage; and weekly inventory/report submissions. Essential skills include supervisory leadership, warehouse software proficiency, data analysis, strong communication, and proven ability to organize and coordinate warehouse operations.
