Job Summary
Supervise daily warehouse operations by leading a team of four to five employees during the week and three to four on weekends. Coordinate shipping, receiving, and product distribution while assisting with inventory control and warehouse organization. Ensure materials are available to support production and field operations, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Operate forklifts as required and a skid steer when needed. Schedule and plan warehouse activities to keep operations running smoothly.
Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse leadership or team lead experience
- Experience supervising small teams
- Valid forklift certification with practical operating experience
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Shipping, receiving, and inventory management experience
- Comfortable working in a fast paced industrial environment
Desired Qualifications
- Skid steer experience is considered an asset
