Job Summary
Lead warehouse operations to ensure efficient flow of inventory, supervise daily activities (receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch), monitor inventory with audits/cycle counts, coordinate stock transfers and replenishment for retail stores, train and evaluate warehouse staff, maintain organization and health & safety compliance, and prepare operational reports and inventory records as part of a growing fashion retail brand.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision and inventory management
- Experience handling e-commerce operations and order fulfillment
- Previous experience in fashion retail is preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and warehouse management systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
