Job Summary
Manage and oversee warehouse operations that build product orders, ensuring quality, accuracy, and speed while meeting sales center objectives within budget and profit parameters. Staff, train, evaluate, and develop team members; schedule staff to meet facility demands. Allocate space for stock rotation, maintain inventory levels and product replenishment, and oversee shipping and receiving functions. Secure company assets and ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Requires 3+ years warehouse experience, 2+ years supervising front-line associates, budget management skills, and SAP or business database experience. Night shift Tuesday through Friday starting at 7 PM.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse experience
- 2+ years supervising warehouse front line associates
- Experience managing a budget
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office programs
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with the other departments and functions
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment while maintaining quality results
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Work shifts can vary
