Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, assigning tasks and monitoring employee performance to meet productivity and quality goals. Oversee receiving, shipping, loading, unloading, and material movement while ensuring products are handled and stored properly. Monitor inventory, maintain accurate records, and enforce safety policies by training employees on procedures and equipment operation. Address operational issues and communicate concerns to management to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with forklift and general warehouse operations as needed. Full-time position with pay of $23.00/hour, available for 1st or 2nd shift Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse supervisory or leadership experience
- Warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Desired Qualifications
- Previous warehouse supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
