Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead daily warehouse operations and a frontline team in a fast-paced Darwin warehouse. Drive throughput and safety while coordinating inbound/outbound activities, inventory control (cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and claims), and equipment/fleet management. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, perform routine site inspections, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the Logistics Operations team. The role emphasizes hands-on supervision of warehouse staff, monitoring productivity, managing inventory levels, and maintaining reliable delivery timelines. Requires experience supervising teams, proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, and solid knowledge of OH&S and HACCP regulations.

- Intermediate Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & Outlook
- Knowledge of EEO, OH&S and HACCP Regulations
