Warehouse Supervisor - Spice Room

Job Summary
Supervise Spice Room operations and lead warehouse staff to maximize efficiency and profitability. Responsibilities include driving labor-cost efficiency, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA, FDA, DOT; SSOP), coaching and training staff, coordinating with third-party vendors and drivers, maintaining accurate inventory, analyzing productivity and implementing improvements, ensuring SLA compliance, and fostering a high-performance team culture to support production goals and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in related field
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in production, food service distribution and inventory management
- Minimum of two (2) years’ direct supervisory experience
- Experience with third party vendors, monitoring performance and SLAs
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, DOT, SSOP, and related regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
