Job Summary
Lead the Floor in a regional distribution center by directing forklift operators, auditors, and customer service representatives to meet customer requirements and uphold operational excellence. Execute the daily operational plan, schedule and perform warehousing duties (loading/unloading, put-away, picking), coach and motivate lift operators and auditors, ensure safety and clean, organized operations, drive inventory management and audits using SAP, report and fix damaged inventory, communicate with customers and leadership, and promote continuous improvement through lean thinking and 5S. Responsibilities include coaching, safety adherence, forklift inspections, training operators, interfacing with stakeholders, and supporting a culture of high performance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3 plus years of warehouse supervision experience required
- Powered Industrial Forklift Truck License is highly preferred
- Prior SAP scanning experience is a plus
- Inventory control experience preferred
