Job Summary
Oversee sorting operations and dispatch in a SwiftX Inc. warehouse, lead end-to-end automated parcel sorting, supervise sorting machines, forecast and manage staffing (including agencies), enforce safety and SOPs, control parcel flow and inventory, coordinate with linehaul/last-mile teams, and produce regular KPI reports for senior management. Requires leadership, strong communication, and hands-on experience with automated sorting equipment and warehouse systems.
Required Qualifications
- 0-1 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or last-mile logistics operations
- Hands-on experience with automated sorting machines (cross-belt, tilt-tray, loop sorter, etc.)
- Strong understanding of parcel logistics, last-mile delivery flow, and SLA requirements
- Proven ability to manage large operational teams, including staffing agency workers
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in WMS, scanning systems, Excel/Sheets, and operational dashboards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
