Warehouse Supervisor

Lead, direct, and coordinate warehouse personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of all distribution operations. Drive consistent Standard Work execution, enforce safety and 5S standards, and maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and SAP transaction integrity. Plan labor schedules, manage break coverage, and support material picking to meet KPIs and customer commitments. Conduct regular team meetings, perform root cause analysis on operational errors, and coach employees on performance and training gaps. Identify and correct safety hazards while resolving employee concerns and grievances. Maintain visible floor presence during peak periods and partner with management on staffing and hiring needs. Complete a background check and drug screen before starting work.
