Job Summary
Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping while ensuring full compliance with safety legislation, OSHA, USDA, HACCP, and EPA regulations. Lead and organize the workforce through performance reviews, training, and staffing decisions to maximize efficiency and meet production goals. Compile essential records, reports, and logs to maintain operational transparency and accuracy. Review working practices to drive continuous improvement across all procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Supply Chain or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience acting as a lead by providing training, coaching or mentoring to less experienced staff or through managing a process or project
- Knowledge of OSHA Standards, USDA, HACCP and EPA Regulations
- Manufacturing knowledge and understanding of yields, plant efficiencies, and operations procedures
- Knowledge of SAP, Manufacturing software, Inventory software, Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends when needed
- Ability to move and/or lift 50 pounds
- Ability to move and/or lift more than 100 pounds occasionally
