Job Summary
Warehouse Supervisor to oversee logistics, flow, and organization of the Abbotsford warehouse, manage daily processing, ownership of non-restorables, training of staff on cleaning, packing, listing, drying and vaulting, oversee fleet and inventory supplies, coordinate equipment for tracking and maintenance, collaborate with subtrades, ensure accurate warehouse paperwork, and provide backup support to the Production Administrator and Contents Manager. Emphasizes organization, multitasking, communication, and adherence to restoration-industry practices.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or lead in the restoration industry
- Strong organizational skills with multitasking and prioritization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
