Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee the logistics, flow, and organization of the Abbotsford warehouse; manage the daily processing in the warehouse; own all non-restorables; ensure staff are trained on cleaning, packing, listing, drying and vaulting techniques; oversee fleet vehicles for contents to ensure supplies and equipment are stocked; oversee supplies for inventory and ordering; oversee equipment for tracking, inventory and maintenance; effectively work with all subtrades; ensure warehouse paperwork is completed accurately and on time; provide backup support to the Production Administrator and Contents Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or lead in the restoration industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
