Job Summary
Supervise, coordinate, and oversee daily logistics operations, including planning and reviewing all processes to meet company standards and customer specifications. Establish work schedules and procedures, coordinate worker activities for optimal shift logistics, and monitor team progress through regular individual and collective meetings. Provide coaching, development, and training to staff while conducting performance evaluations and addressing issues through corrective action. Implement health and safety initiatives, maintain positive labor relations, and recommend improvements to facility equipment and processes.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/GED
- One (1) year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment
- 0 to One (1) year direct supervisory/leadership experience
- DOT Regulated

- One (1) year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred
