Warehouse Supervisor

Supervise, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day logistics operations while planning and reviewing processes to ensure they meet company standards and customer specifications. Establish work schedules, coordinate worker activities for optimal shift logistics, and monitor team progress through regular individual and collective meetings. Account for site Key Performance Indication metrics, address performance problems via corrective action, and implement health, safety, and security initiatives. Provide orientation for employees, Lead Hands, and staff with necessary information and materials. Work under the Manager to recommend facility improvements and maintain positive labor relations.
