Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Manager, the Supervisor Logistics is responsible to supervise, coordinate and oversee the day-to-day logistics operations, establish work schedules, monitor KPI performance, coach and develop staff, collaborate with the Logistics Manager on process improvements, and ensure adherence to safety and company policies while meeting customer service standards. The role requires leadership, planning, communication, and the ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities include evaluating performance, conducting corrective actions, promoting diversity and inclusion, and supporting health and safety initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- One (1) year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred
- 0 to One (1) year direct supervisory/leadership experience required
