Job Summary
Under the responsibility of the Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible to supervise, coordinate and oversee the logistics operations and provide coaching, development and training to the staff members. They will ensure staff performance aligns with company standards, collaborate with the Logistics Manager to plan processes, establish work schedules, and drive KPI achievement while fostering a diverse, inclusive team and upholding health & safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- One (1) year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred
- DOT Regulated No
