Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Supervisor leading end-to-end warehouse operations including shift planning, team development with GMP-compliant practices, inventory control, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize capacity and efficiency. Responsibilities include building and managing a high-performing warehouse team; organizing training on GMP, safety, equipment use, and SOPs; overseeing raw material receipt, storage, inventory checks, and outbound delivery; optimizing layout and zoning; developing daily/weekly/monthly work plans; conducting regular inventory counts and quality checks; enforcing GMP standards and safety procedures; identifying hazards and driving risk prevention; leading automation upgrades and evaluating intelligent warehouse systems (e.g., AGV); and maintaining strong English communication with production, procurement, QC, sales, and logistics. Core competencies include team management, full-category warehouse operations, GMP system construction, risk control, strategic adaptation, intelligent upgrades, lean management, with a Bachelor Degree or higher.
