Warehouse Supervisor

Lead a team of associates performing warehouse functions, including opening and closing facilities, responding to security alarms, and processing Return Goods Authorizations. Utilize the Warehouse Management System to manage operations such as routing batches and travel documents, while analyzing work activities to provide daily updates on volumes and staffing needs to the Warehouse Manager. Ensure strict adherence to company policies, quality guidelines, and customer procedures by enforcing standards, conducting team meetings, and training personnel on SOPs. Communicate daily with management, peers, and external customers regarding cross-dock orders, shipments, and receipt discrepancies.
