Job Summary
Plan and execute daily manpower requirements, conduct shift meetings to communicate safety and operational messages, and assign work duties to ensure productivity and reliability. Manage work flows efficiently while providing training and direction on standard operating procedures. Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, and equipment. Work Sunday through every other Wednesday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Other projects or duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree with 3 to 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience
- High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
