Job Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor will lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping activities while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels using the warehouse management system, optimizing layout and storage for efficiency, and communicating with internal teams and vendors for timely management of deliveries. Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable using warehouse management systems or inventory software
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A hands-on, lead-by-example mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in Chinese
- Experience with process improvement or lean warehousing
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and safety regulations
