Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations by supervising Warehouse Associates, assigning tasks for material orders, concrete production, and yard cleaning, and verifying pick accuracy before fulfillment. Coordinate customer and employee pickups by validating packing slips, obtaining signatures, and documenting releases with photographs. Monitor productivity and completion times to ensure performance expectations are met while maintaining a safe, organized environment. Manage facility opening and closing procedures and resolve discrepancies on pick tickets by contacting the Formsite approver. Participate in warehouse wait-time and perform special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous warehouse experience
- Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification
- Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the workday
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
