Job Summary
Warehouse Supervisor for the Pulling Department overseeing daily/weekly/monthly pulling productivity, workforce planning and development, onboarding and training, and Lean Six Sigma/5S initiatives. Manages direct reports, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions; recruits and develops talent; ensures SOP adherence, safety, equipment certification, and Lean management. Responsible for pulling runs coordination with operations, auditing procedures, and maintaining pulling boards and lean metrics; handles UPS/FedEx/LTL processes, re-receiving, and damages documentation; supports Double Reach Truck operations and customer will calls. Requires leadership experience, forklift/pallet-jack proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to drive operational excellence in a warehouse setting.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Leadership experience
- Experience with double electric pallet jack, double reach truck, clamp truck, and sit-down forklift
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- High School Degree or GED or equivalent experience
- English literacy (written and spoken)
- Ability to pass certification courses for essential warehouse equipment
- Proficiency with Word and Excel
