Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations by planning work schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely project completion. Lead the team through direct supervision, evaluate staff performance, and process operational paperwork to maintain accurate records. Operate forklifts and pallet wrapping machines while tracking inbound and outbound inventory using company systems. Maintain facility cleanliness, safety, and system upkeep including alarms, pest control, and sprinklers. Coordinate with operations supervisors, drivers, and office staff to minimize claims and enforce safety protocols. This physically demanding role requires lifting up to 100 lbs alone and 400 lbs with a team in varied conditions. Required Qualifications
- Two to four years of warehouse experience
- Six months to one year of recent forklift experience
- One to two years' experience in the moving, storage, logistics industry
- Must be able to lift and carry 50-100 lbs. up; up to 400 lbs. in a team carry
- Must be able to work in varied temperatures
