Job Summary
Direct all warehouse operations including receiving, material storage, inventory transactions, picking, packing, shipping, and material disposition to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, reconciliations, and NetSuite transaction management while leading annual physical inventory activities. Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, carrier coordination, and freight optimization to support production schedules and prevent stock-outs. Lead, coach, and develop warehouse personnel while establishing performance metrics for receiving, shipping, and productivity. Work 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. with occasional overtime and weekends in Pleasanton, CA, holding a valid CA driver's license and forklift certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 5+ years of supervisory or lead experience in warehouse, inventory control, logistics, or distribution operations
- Knowledge of various material handling methods, equipment, and best practices
- Experience using ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) for inventory and warehouse transaction management
- Proficiency in inventory control principles, tracking systems, and procedures
- Strong understanding of safety regulations, procedures, and best practices in material handling
- CA driver's license
- Safe driving record
- CDL
- Forklift certified
- Ability to read, write, follow instructions, and work independently with little guidance
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend and to lift heavy materials
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to operate computers and relevant warehouse management computer software
- Work 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., and occasional overtime and weekends
- Work location: Pleasanton, CA (onsite)
- Travel: <5%
- Full-time, non-exempt hourly position
- Compliance with relevant county, state, and Federal rules regarding vaccinations
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
