Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of Bluum’s Phoenix warehouse, including shipping/receiving, inventory control, 3PL coordination, and facility maintenance. Lead and develop warehouse staff, manage budgets and staffing to meet business needs, ensure safety and OSHA compliance, drive continuous improvement and SOPs, and maintain accurate documentation for shipments, inventories, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of warehouse experience, or prior management experience
- Experience with warehouse operations, logistics planning, and inventory management
