Job Summary
Supervise all warehouse operations, providing guidance and expertise to Warehouse Associates while developing work schedules and assigning supervisors. Initiate and monitor safety policies, review accident reports, and evaluate Associate performance, including conducting reviews, interviewing for openings, and coaching or disciplining staff up to termination. Ensure warehouse and grounds remain clean and orderly at all times. Manage vacations and planned objectives, enforcing laws and regulations with fair, objective actions. Make timely decisions on difficult issues and resolve complex conflicts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in related field
- 2 years Warehouse experience
- 4 years Warehouse experience
- Previous experience in union environment
Desired Qualifications
- Related training or certification
- Experience working in a team environment
- Previous WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience
