Job Summary
Overnight Warehouse Supervisor role responsible for monitoring a team’s productivity, ensuring inventory integrity, coordinating with upper management, coaching staff, creating and adjusting schedules, and ensuring on-time customer deliveries. Responsibilities include enforcing safety regulations (OSHA-compliant), maintaining organization, managing attendance and punctuality, and leveraging Microsoft Office tools to plan and document operations. Requires ability to work outside standard hours, travel locally as needed, and lead a diverse warehouse team including associates, drivers, and cleaning staff.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of supervisor or relevant role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across departments
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Must be over 21 years old
