Oversees daily warehouse operations and staff; plans distribution activities, assigns workloads and schedules; mentors and coaches team members; ensures timely and accurate shipping to customers; maintains equipment through inspections and preventive maintenance; analyzes procedures for improvements; optimizes building layout for efficiency; delivers excellent internal and external customer service; stays current with technical knowledge; aligns with company missions, vision, and values.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field; or 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Warehouse management/inventory systems experience.
- Forklift Certification preferred.
