Job Summary
Warehouse Supervisor – Outbound Operations overseeing daily outbound warehouse execution (picking, packing, shipping). Lead daily startup meetings, monitor workflow, enforce SOPs, coach leads and associates, ensure on-time shipments, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and productivity. Requires warehouse leadership experience, familiarity with WMS/RF scanning, strong communication, organization, and the ability to adapt to changing operational needs. Education includes a high school diploma or equivalent with preference for associate or bachelor’s in related fields; 2+ years in warehouse/logistics; strong safety and procedural knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or RF scanners preferred
- Experience leading or coaching teams in a warehouse environment preferred
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices and operational procedures
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with receiving, putaway, and inventory control processes preferred
- Education/Experience: associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred
