Job Summary
Direct and motivate teammates while managing daily outbound operations, including dock loading/unloading, trailer temperature checks, and campus lock-up procedures. Ensure loads are secure and clean by completing Proload, verification sheets, and cleaning logs. Supervise department staff, create schedules, provide training, and enforce safety and sanitation standards across warehouse leadership and frontline workers. Monitor waste disposal, maintain accurate paperwork, and resolve employee concerns to meet agency delivery demands. Operate required equipment within 30 days of hire and work flexible shifts in temperatures ranging from -10°F to 110°F.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Associates degree
- minimum five years work-related experience
- Minimum of three years demonstrated and successful warehouse supervisory
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software
